LEMON or Learning Communities of Modern Liberal Adult Education 2009–2011 -project helps to modernise Finnish and Estonian liberal adult education centres. New local and cross-border networks and co-operation with different organisations, companies and associations are built. Also public sector is an interesting new partner in co-operation.
